  • Join me on my journey of trying Natacha Océane's CUT. RELOAD program from beginning to end! The BEFORE and AFTER of my progress was amazing! :)
    If anyone is looking for a program that really puts your body to work, this is it. I highly suggest this program and I will continue to keep using this program on a loop.
    Physical fitness plays a huge part in my mental health journey, so it was important that I find a program and a fitness influencer who understands this as well - and I have found it in this program with Natacha! :)

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! I always love seeing people do some of the workouts and a little bit of before and after. I'm curious about the other programs too. Does she recommend to start with Cut?

      I'm glad you enjoyed my take on the program! :)
      So it really depends on what your goals are and how much experience you have with "bulking" & "cutting". Very loosely speaking, I would suggest her Build program if you want to get familiar in the gym and build muscle *which is important!!!* And then do Cut, which lets you shed body fat and keep the lean muscle you've built for a more toned look. Hope this helps!

    Thanks for the vid! I am almost done with week 7 of Home & just kinda started feeling some results & strength gain. Would definitely recommend Home! Did you end up trying another program??❤️

      That's so awesome to hear! She's so amazing with her programs! I haven't tried anything else yet, I am interested in her BUILD and MOVE program, maybe sometime later down the road.
      I've ran through her CUT program twice now and am really loving it still, so it'll depend if I shift my fitness goals in the future! :)

      I'm thinking of buying the 2 HOME programs but I'm afraid it's too much for beginners. Could you tell me if it is complicated enough for people who have been doing fitness for several years or more for beginners. Thank you 🤍

      Hello! I would consider myself a little less than intermediate when I started the home programs & I thought it was definitely challenging. I am a big modifier, like if something is too much I’ll do sets of something I actually enjoy(but is still challenging) instead! I think you could definitely do both! I currently do Sydney Cummings workouts & really like those! Good luck!

    Thanks for this video! How many workouts per week is it in the program?

      There are 5 days per week! 1 day though is just a HIIT of 15-20 mins. :)

    Hey honestly I have always felt like I have a bloating problem or there is something wrong with me. I have just started week 1 but I'm not doing 3 circuits just 1 to get used to the movements but even then I've had to adapt some of the exercise. Do you feel like there was a substantial difference in fat loss or only a slight difference. I am just feeling so disappointed in myself since I am getting married soon and want to look my best. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

      Hello! My real advice would be: do all the workouts. If you don't do them all, in the order and with everything included, you will not see the results you need to see.
      The program was crafted so that you get the best results doing everything exactly the way it is. Based on my fitness experience, you need AT LEAST 4-5 really hard/good workouts to see any results after 3 months.
      Long story short: no shortcuts. Go all in if you want results. Also, take your nutrition seriously as well!
      Take a look at her other videos as well that talk about weight loss, they're extremely helpful to answer the questions you're asking. :) Good luck!
