I have not completed the Restart program; however, I know that she designed it specifically for people who have either never been in the gym or who have taken significant time off. If that's you, restart is probably perfect to start with! If you're very experienced in the gym and want to hop back in full force, then move would be the right choice! I hope that's helpful :)
It requires a lot of gym equipment, but you could modify it. She has another program called Home that’s for home workouts! Maybe check that out first before buying this one!
