Hey! I really want to buy this guide but gyms are closed where I am so I was wondering if you could tell me how much gym really is needed? I have a good amount of resistance bands and weights at home (dumbbells and a barbell) and a pull up bar coming soon :) my only worry is that she has loads of box jumps and thats hard to replicate at home :/ but since i've an injured hamstring and don't want to be jumping around too soon I thought maybe I could skip the box jumps and do the rest of the program with the equipment I have at home. Do you think it's worth it? Or is it worth buying it now and waiting till gyms open ? Thank you!!!

Good morning! 100% worth it, you could do at least 75% of the workouts just with the equipment you have and what you couldn't do there is an easily replaceable alternative you could swap it out for! Would definitely still recommend 😄

Great video, Emma! Hello from another Aussie :) I just got her Move guide today and jumped straight into Week 1 Workout 2 Upper Body & Core because I was that excited. I am also working out at home and had a look through the entire program and don't think there is anything that I can't simulate with access to a pull up and dip bar, bench, barbell and dumbbell set, wobble board, Swiss ball, resistance bands, walls, exercise bike, (very sturdy) couch or coffee table (for box jumps), (very sturdy) dining table (to simulate ring rows) and a nearby playground (the monkey bars for parallel bars or bar moves requiring extra space). 😊 I have more equipment at home than average, but sounds like you do, too @Hazal Deniz Aygun
P.S. Some of her moves are pretty dynamic so I'd definitely go easy and sounds like you might not be attempting one-legged box jumps anytime soon. But even without jumping it's a really fun training guide!

Thank you so much for commenting, that's excellent that you can replicate so much at home. Having that extra bit of equipment definitely makes all the difference. Let me know how the program goes I'd love to hear you're thoughts and progress 😀
