Is this yet another woman who will get married and have children and then let go of everything in life that she has built in order to be a mom and wife? If so, can we please get to the point where we discuss men not removing things in their life in order to be a dad and a husband?
I’m over this social bs construct of hiding women away in the house to only cater to a man.
If it’s tied in her actually growing and going on a new adventure, then this is amazing!

@@soilgrasswaterairsomeone has to bring home bacon and someone delivers, nurtures and raises your legacy. Women have been lied to. Both are full time jobs. Sadly, generations of kids have been brought up like this, either latch key or raised by strangers. I'm 62 and thankfully I had mom full-time when I was a kid. Mom started working again (having given up job at major phone company) in my 10th grade yr.
Division of labor and mom better with kids. But that genie will never get back in the bottle now that our society has been conned into measuring man and women financial equality separately from each other. What a mess...generation after generation following this con into frustration and regret.

I can't thank you enough!
Edit: specifically, your explanation of proper foot striking technique, heart rate / lactic threshold, and getting the right gear & mindset were the gamechanging factors. Everything clicked after that. Short-form video content is one of the worst things to ever happen to the internet. It is slowly eroding people's capacity for effort, and its effects on the dopamine system are devastating and scary. The fact that you're moving away from the internet, partially because the landscape of it no longer aligns with your values, really hits home for me. I got my acceptance letter to law school this morning after being an aspiring musician for 8 years. I just don't want to be competing for people's attention any more. Thank you for everything, Natacha. Tes vidéos vont vraiment me manquer, mais je te supporte à 100% dans ta décision

I was debating whether to write or not but I feel like it's so important you know how much you've impacted other people's lives. I struggled with anorexia since the age of 16. It took years of treatment until I finally reached the point where I truly wanted to beat my ED and that's around the time when I happened to find your channel (a good few years back). Lucky for me I found someone who based there channel on true science based and health-aimed knowledge. Following the information you provided, buying your training programs and just listening to you enabled me to face my fears and embrace a healthy way of life - training wise and eating wise. You have no idea how important you have been for me. As someone struggling with ED, body dysmorphia, gender dysphoria, for their entire life, you have taught me so much about good relationships with food and movement, having fun with it and actually enjoying yourself in fitness and Life. Thank you for being such a positive figure for me.

I never thought i’d find myself crying over a youtube video yet here I am.
I remember I found your channel at 57K followers back when I was 15. I was in the depths of my starve-binge ED cycle and doing terribly mentally. It was the 10K calorie challenge (I was watching loads of them to live vicariously through other people). That was when your first ED story video that you did came up in the recommended and it absolutely changed my world view. From that day onwards I watched all of your videos for the mindset you have, even though I’ve never been much of a gym girlie myself it was always SO a refreshing to see someone who eats well, rejected the concept of “bad foods”, and had a genuine smile on her face. It was the first time I felt like the ED cycle was actually escapable and the only reason I wasn’t able to recover before was because I didn’t understand that my overeating was a survival response to starvation.
I’ve always loved science and your science explained videos absolutely SAVED me. I came to your channel a depressed 15 year old girl full of self hatred and with a genuine belief that I would never get a job or feel happy. I now leave your channel a Cambridge Uni graduate, starting a Masters in UCL and hoping to go qualify as a clinical psychologist to help other people.
I really hope you know the extent of the impact you’ve made. I’ll never not love you Natacha and I hope you have the amazing future you deserve! ❤

My ED ravaged me, but your channel and your honesty just as a person on social media was one of the things that helped me so so much to be honest with myself and to heal. Thank you so so so much!!!!!! Good luck with the future!!!
In a sea if toxicity on youtube, you have been a wonderful refuge for people stuck in it. You message most certainly made a difference.

Oh man. I just started this and I’m tearing up, natacha! I’ve been with you since the beginning of the COVID era in 2020. You were a constant in my life during a time of unknown. I love you so much!🩷
