Dan, Focus is somewhat better than last few but still not 100%. Make sure that your camera is set on autofocus and make sure you are not within the minimum focus distance of the camera/lens. Great recipe and love the videos other than the focus issues which makes them hard to watch. Based on your videos I just got a charcoal tandoor - love it!
My favourite bit in all your videos is when you make that blissed out, slightly pained expression during the taste test. I often find myself making the same face, as though I'm somewhat overwhelmed by how good the curry tastes. Great stuff.

hi ,dan just got you book easy currys ?? just moved to spain can't find gram flour here as yet. can you use another flour to make onion bhajis???

Looks great. Can't wait to try this but might be a while. I noticed you didn't add salt early as you do when frying raw onions. Does this not help with releasing the water from mushrooms in the same way as with onions? I suppose I could try but thought I'd ask just in case it's not such a good idea and save myself a ruined dish.
Hi Stephen - Thank you. You could add a little salt to the mushrooms. I just didn't this time but it would help. Not too much though. :-)
