• 1- inch cinnamon
• 2 green cardamoms Slightly open cardamom and add it
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• ½ red bell pepper, diced
• ½ green bell pepper, diced
• 2 teaspoon finely chopped or minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1 green chili chopped
• 300 g boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder or 1 teaspoon Paprika
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
• 2 teaspoon coriander powder
• 250 g tomato passata or fresh tomato puree
• 1 tomato deseeded, finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi Dried fenugreek leaves
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
• 2 tablespoon oil (any neutral flavor oil with a high smoke point.)
