Chicken curry with chips - Chicken Sali Curry

This chicken curry with chips is a straight forward curry. Not difficult and also delicious. I guess it depends on what you call 'chips' but for this curry, crispy fried potato straws are sprinkled over the finished dish at the end. It's so good and definitely one you need to try. 'Sali' is a type of fried potato straws. We used what we could get our hands on but sali is usually quite finer. You can purchase it online.
