Great book, I made this last weekend. A 6 hour labour of love but well worth it. I also made the green chutney and the smoked onion ratia to go with it from the book which was awesome. I'm looking forward to cooking much more from the book this summer!
Well, that's yet another of your book on my shelf now - the BBQ book arrived today (my wife bought it for me for my birthday) so that makes 5 of your books I have.
I batch make your curries and we have around 50 of them in the freeze at all times, that way each person can decide what they want for dinner and it stops arguments as I am the only person who likes Madras and 1 of the daughters only likes the Korma, so we each pick which we want for dinner.
I want to eat.

Excellent I think I might try this question why don't anybody use goat meat for Indian curries I've been making some Jamaican style lately meat is probably the best I've had

Great recipe idea, but adding the salt and garlic to the cider vinegar before putting it in to the bottle might make life easier 😉
