You are genuinely a great Chef Latif, this meal looks absolutely FABULOUS. I do have a really brilliant restaurant here in Glasgow that I frequent but I've cooked your recipes and you've totally transformed my Asian cooking to the stage that I have a reputation within my family lol. I prefer flavour to heat and my favourite meal is Chicken Chasni, which i've been led to believe is really a Glasgow thing but its similar to chicken Pathia (which I've made for today's meal). I just can't get enough of your channel, thank you soooo much for all your videos and tips.
Our dad used to bring food home when he used to work. Us siblings waiting on the top of the stairs then running downstairs for the naan, poppadoms and pilau loooool. Good ole days.
My friend, i recently discovered ur channel and I am so enjoying it, specially this leg of lamb and the chicken vindaalo you cooked, I love cooking and you have inspired me with your technique , Thank you , looking forward to more videos from you. Cheers.
WOW just WOW it wasn't a good thing watching this before bed but i did lol 🤤 that is a leg of lamb i have never seen cooked like that before i so wish i was closer to you guys to try this dish and also what a fantastic chef you are and awesome channel i have also subscribed i will be watching more of your videos thankyou for the great videos 👍👌🎊🍾🌶🥘
Wow.. brilliant stuff man.. you are amazing.. i ll try this.. had i been in UK, i would have definitely requested you to meet me n enter your Kitchen... thanks heaps.. cheers
I was expecting a party of about ten people , can't believe all that food for four, and then the second dish was for three. They must be big eaters up north 555
I'm only little but I would destroy that leg of lamb! It looks beautiful 😋😋 just discovered you're channel and there's so many dishes I want to cook! Keep up the good work
Looks amazing Latif. We had some Arabic friends many years ago and they used to cook “Machboos” which looks very similar have you ever tried it? See you on Friday
Very glad I stumbled upon your channel ! Thank you for opening up a window into your cuisine Chef, your patient explanation of each recipe's process makes for more accessibility for us woefully inept home cooks!
Wow!.. Different! As you probably know us English use simple spicing, with Lamb it's Rosemary, Tyme, Garlic and salt n pepper. If the meat is good quality (Lamb is free range so...) Simple is good too!. Fantastic dish though. If your not Indian subcontinent then you look at this mesmerized, amazing mate.
Love watching a master at work, I cook alot of your recipes, but where can I buy the pans you cook the currys in, I do mine in a large saucepan, they turn out great, but I want to cook them the proper way
Luiz thanks for that, I will look out for it. I make my own butter ghee. I reverted to Islam several years ago so I love this style of cooking for family and friends. I guess had I asked any of them they’d have told me 😊
Red Rum I’ve just re-read my comment and it doesn’t come across the way I meant it to, sorry! What I was trying to say was I have family and friends who know authentic tastes so to watch a chef cook in this way will help me make my food more authentic when I cook for family and friends. I’ve noticed when my husband’s sisters/mother cook lamb for instance, the intensity of flavour they get in their cooking is so much richer than Shen I attempt the same dish 👌
@@annascottage920 welcome to Islam sister, may Allah give you hidaiyat tawfiq Ameen . And have to say , please change your profile picture. Wish you all the best here and here after.
When I lived in Australia, I craved for a good UK style Indian Curry, but they just don't understand when you ask for breast chicken only and you can constantly hear a microwave pinging from the Kitchen. Just subscribed
Hi Latifs - Could I do this with a 0.724kg leg joint of lamb? Would I need to scale down? I would absolutely love to come to your place and have this dish one day.
Watched it last year . good job well done without proper dishes 👍. Been reading all comments below and noticed lots of them wanted you address. You’ll need a backup chef with extended kitchen. Stay blessed. Salam to you ,auntie and all .
This dish looks absolutely delicious. It's great to see a well organised and spotless kitchen.
Yeah it looks absolutely amazing, wish I was there to taste it
