A few of my locals sell this leg of lamb and its called Kursi Lamb.. you get 4 sides of rice and 2 sauces (strength to taste). Its decorated with eggs, rice and onions, there are no potatos or carrots. Please see this local menu, its £60 eat in and £45 takeaway. Notice you have to give the restaurant at least 48hrs notice. www.britishraj-crayford.co.uk/british-raj-crayford-food-menu.html

Not shown on the video. Maybe it is a garnish. Enjoy.
@@LatifsInspired instead of doing different dishes think i will do this for my party of 20 people might do one with 2 chickens as well what do you think Latif thanks
Why didn't you just marinade it in tandoori spices and yoghurt just like you make lamb tikka? And stick in the oven for 3-4 hours! You fucked right up. I've made hundreds of lamb legs in the restaurant. By the way I am bengali and from Jogannatpur!!
The mark of a true chef is someone apt and eager to tech, share and inspire. This man has it.

how many will this feed?
Anne Hutsby hi it will feed 8-10 people thx

You forgot to put rose water, saffron and Ghee on the top of rice.
That's the bomb
how we go about ordering this
shaid H just call beforehand and we can see price and availability???
Latifs Inspired How much would you charge for this?
Mate looks incredible, but looks flipping long
Lamb shoulder
The only mustard oil I see in Indian shops is for hair !!!!
Wipes sides with same cloth as he wipes spoon that goes in the food
Honestly a piece of meat that big would be so much better smoked than boiled
Hi can you please show us how to make onion bhaji
Can you please make chicken tandoori
I hear sylhety yey!!!
Looks like a tasty dish but not too sure about the peas
It looks awesome. If you could add caramelised onions slices in between the layers, and as topping, wd be great. Almost like a biryani
Can I please place an order for this lamp?
What is that lol 🤣😄
Yes my sylheti brother! Where's your bari?
Subhanallah
Where is Josh
Am sure your suppose to pierce and puncture the lamb not “ claw” it
Khub bhalo!

Stick to curries bro, did the lamb all wrong, it's probably lost all its flavour. You don't boil lamb
I’m in America is Amazon there one night delivery I would love to test it looks delicious
