Hi Dan, I'm a big fan and have cooked loads of your curries from your books and they have all tasted amazing! I made the pad thai though and although it looks like yours it didn't taste good. I think it was the sauce and I was wondering what tamarind you use? I used tamarind puree so not sure that's the same. Thanks, Dan
Dan I live in North Yorkshire also, the best place I've found for frozen raw king prawns is farmfoods, believe it or not. £16 for 2kg and they're really good. Keep doing the vids, you deserve a lot more views.

No. I think a wok is best though.
