I'm pretty sure it's not illegal to share photos of dead bodies. Obviously the cops have to keep the investigation private, and can't distribute those images, but the people that received the pics didn't break any laws by sharing them

My nephew died in a car accident after being ejected. Someone took pictures of his body at the scene and my sister found out when someone asked if she wanted to see them. Some people haven’t a flipping clue.

I'm a supporter of law enforcement and I believe the only thing wrong with law enforcement is that they have to recruit from the human race!
