I would not say that. I don't believe this to be her case, but i forgot mostly everything about my trauma. I can, to this day, paint a very detailed picture of the week, even day before and after the event, but my brain erased and obscured everything that could potentially hurt me in the future. I think she is lying of course, but weird and inconsistent memories are absolutely common and should not be used as any definite proof of guilt

I mean, it CAN be a sign of lying...but not always. For example, I was accused of sucking off this guy at my house. I know for a fact I couldn't have because it was 8:34pm and it was a quiet night. I was wearing a brown shirt and a pair of jeans where the fit was more relaxed in one pant leg than the other. I remember there were a few birds chirping, which I thought was odd for that time of night, none the less I do recall the chirping. We had dinner earlier. It was a chicken carbonara and the noodles were a tad overcooked. I added pepper to mine, because I like the taste. The pepper was in a clear glass container, which I found odd because the salt was in more of a tinted container. Anyway, as you can see, I totally didn't suck anyone off.

“I remember” she always tries to use that to make her lies more believable. As a DV survivor I can never sit there and tell my story coherently I go into a zone where I will remember multiple occasions and jump from different times I remember I keep my head down and mumble I know that everyone is different but Amber shows no coping mechanisms while explaining her made up story.
This whole thing is a slap in the face to real DV survivors those who suffer everyday because of their trauma.
It has only been a year for me since my abuser has died and still my mind tells me he is alive and I haven’t truly escaped it’s still happening. Everyone once in a while I have those feelings and thoughts to the point I will nearly faint or vomit. She has no shame at all.

It was a private trial in the UK with a judge whose family (BIL of i remember correctly) worked at the tabloid newspaper that Depp sued over there and there was no jury. Go figure. In the US trial, he is suing Heard directly and the Judge does not have any conflict of interest and the jury will decide the verdict.
Everyone should watch her UK trial deposition though, she smiles and laughs proudly when they talk about her hitting him, she is scathingly aggressive and rude and dismissive. It's bizarre.
Also check the bias and connections between the turd and the judge for the UK trial.

This, in my opinion, should have been mentioned by the judge before the trial as the people around him are connected to Amber Heard, and this could tip his scale in her favor.
