Especially this problem occurs when the installed version and registry version does not match especially after updating to the latest driver. I have just shown the easiest fix. It may not work in all environments. If it does not work, just let me know.

Still doesn't work for me idk why i've tried this multiple times it doesn't work i even reinstalled the drivers and they were fixed but then same issue happened again.

Hi! I have the same problem but I have an RTX 3070 so only the processor is AMD. It is pretty annoying since I can not start Rainbow Six Siege with the Vulkan alternative as it says missing hardware/software. After that I get this message shown in the video all the time when I try to open the AMD software. I have to reinstall the software manually daily at it is just baaaad. Tried what you did in the video but first with the processor version number, thinking that's the one I need, but did not help. Then I tried it with the integrated AMD graphics card version number and it didn't work either.. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

anyone please help so i use amd radeon software and i did resset factor settings, after i did that my fps is stuck at 40 in fortnite help(and on top of that before i reset factor settings i couldnt even record and still cant)

Still shows error please help! I swapped out my ram yesterday Two 2x8gb 3200hz for 4 2x16 3200hz. I played last night fine and this morning im getting errors.

Didn't have a DriverVersion string, but updating the OldReleaseVersion string in the same way worked perfectly.

Actually I found such type of solution from a forum or RUclips Channel or documentation(Sorry, My memory is not that good...)
But, I remember the first one that led my channel forward... Where I solved fatal error of a program through previous experience of another program which did not run at all. I just applied the theory in the real field and it worked. I was so amazed. Since then, I was looking for troubleshooting courses... But there are hardly any... All there is... Large documentation(For some of them, you need to know technical terms which is not user-friendly on my opinion) and forums(I love tech forums). But what I observe, whenever there is a problem, all they tell you is : install and uninstall or repair(which is good often). But they hardly explain why this happened, how this happened and what should we do to prevent them in future.
Maybe that's why it is windows... Not actually telling the user what has happened in the back. Linux is better there. I have used Linux 3 years ago and learned the basics through trial and error...
There is a good news. I am learning new things(Google IT Support and Some Microsoft Courses). I hope these will allow me to broaden my knowledge on How Computer Software works...
N.B : I am not a CSE/IT student. So, I study in BECM that does not relate to software field directly.
@@EasyTutorialBengali Thank you for replying! I completely get what youre saying about applying something that worked to another problem. I kind of work in IT so I am entirely familiar with that. I haven't run into a situation where this specific thing needed to be done and thought it was kind of interesting.
I would like to get further into linux because I feel you can probably get better answers when things go wrong. My company has to deal with Microsoft pretty often and their support is terrible when looking for answers about Windows issues. I have to deal with AMD support but hope they would be better about it.
