Are finer arm hairs useful for the hairline, for someone with no scalp donor hair
A lot of the times we can still harvest from around the ears or some from the nape as even patients with poor donors can have untouched areas and many of the clinics do not harvest the finer areas. So, that may be a possibility. Arm hair is extremely fine for most and it is not easy to camouflage thicker hair with finer arm hairs so it depends also on the hairs used in the hair line and also good quality arm hair. How long does it grow natively on the arm and how thick..some are fortunate to be able to use them but essentially best to have an in-person consultation to assess.
