LOW COST TURKEY FUE

  • Cheap Low-Cost FUE Hair Transplants Are Just A Click Away..This video gives insight into what many can expect.
    This video demonstrates why we as a clinic, among others, spend a large percentage of our time seeking to educate hair loss sufferers on their choices to undergo surgery. We know it is a battle that we collectively will never win, we are pragmatic in this, but nonetheless, still seek to warn people of the dangers of rushing into surgery at a young age an also with what is usually a low-cost hair mill type of clinic.
    The concern with younger patients may often be budget constraints, but the reality is that subsequent removal and repair sessions are a much more costly endeavour than selecting quality surgeon to begin with.
    Another common point, is that we as patients will generally look to proceed with a clinic that suits our narrative. We all want to be told that we are good candidates, with good donors and can have that low straight hairline that we may desire. Low cost clinics who schedule on numbers and not candidacy, tell patients what they want to hear regardless of how accurate it may or may not be.
    Ethical clinics will usually prefer not to book very young patients who really should seek to stabilise their loss rather than commit to surgery, as we realise the progressive nature of hair-loss. Clinics who book such patients and give these results encourage patients to "act now" and the patient usually needs little persuasion that surgery is the right thing to do and not to wait and waste time.
    The outcomes, as this video shows, is often not what they were bargaining for and then means any repair will require a very experienced surgeon to then correct as much as they can for the victim, usually over several surgeries and again a significant cost, and even then some of the damage cannot be undone. A "repair" is an improvement, not a complete recovery to pre surgery status.
    There are consequences to choices and patients really do need to be aware of what they are committing to with the instagram click-bait approach they have to surgery.
    We do hope this will help some to consider more of what they are buying into and what can also go wrong.

    My friend has just been to Turkey against my advice. He said the pain he endured was excruciating. I asked if the surgeon wore any magnification lenses and I was told he didn't. My friend went for a toilet break and passed out to wake with the staff around him trying to lift him.
    He has only just had this done but I cannot see the results being any good at all.

    It is a wise lesson for all of us also only choose an afro doctor or comparable type of European doctor..who do the FUT-FUE and Micropscope. also stay away from certain ethnic doctors who are no longer allowed to call themselves doctors at all. Get reprimanded or suspended.. Thanks for sharing the video!

      Yes, looks matter the most for young people, but in case of hair transplants that 18-30 age is the most problematic!
      Hair loss tends to be very aggressive at that age (I’m only talking about males). That’s why it’s better to be realistic and have patience.

    I have a a little question. I have done my Temples and lowered the hairline a bit (2000 grafts) in turkiye. Donor area is healed very good, i think no scars. It's now my third month. But if i look to my post operation pictures i had much less white dots as other docters implants very tihghtly the wight dots (transplanted area). On the 10th day it didnt look dense also which i see on every other patient it does look good before the hairs fall off after day 10-15. Does this mean i had fewer transplanted hair than taken of the donor?
    Also I already see some doubles in my first row of hairline... I'm from belgium aswell, might take a reservertion with you in for a repair...
    Btw great content!

    • @bhrclinic
      @bhrclinic  Год назад +2

      Thank you for the comment. Depending on how you wash and massage then things can look less dense on day 10 as scabs and crusts can fall and also hair can dis-engage from the scalp. The best idea is to go from immediate post op photos, assuming you have them. Try not to worry now and see how things progress for you and keep in contact with your clinic as you will be under their care for the 12 month period and of course if you wish to se us after then you are welcome and I sincerely hope you have a good outcome.

      @@bhrclinic I noticed the same dual hair grafts in the front of the line. Can you elaborate more on how to repair this? Is it fairly easy to extract them and replace them with singles?

    • @bhrclinic
      @bhrclinic  11 месяцев назад

      @@fh2234 They will be removed and then the skin will heal and we re-build at another time. A hair line needs a few rows of singles and then going back into more higher units. Punching out poor grafts is not the same as native hair in that the angles and depth can be also totally different to what the patient had naturally so there are challenges and then also to avoid scarring as much as possible it is usually a few visits to get all of the grafts out. We punch out with small 0.8mm punch and some units can be large and chunky and even with 3 or 4 hairs so we try to get the whole unit but as said if there are a lot of grafts then it is a journey. Also need to see the skin condition of the patient, at times there are ridges, cobble stoning, tenting etc and then they would need skin resurfacing and then go for a rebuild. All repair patients need to wait for the initial growth to come in as if you punch out too early you will miss the ones that are still dormant. If the patient does not wish for punch outs then some will go for electrolysis etc but that also takes a lot of sessions but for some is the preferrer route to surgery. We say wait for all growth and then have a consultation or a few consultations with doctors to then see what is possible and wise to do.

    • @bhrclinic
      @bhrclinic  11 месяцев назад +1

      Once they have grown in then they will need to be punched out and taking into account the depth and angles will be different to native hair. We usually will not punch out all in the same session and replace any punch-outs to the donor. Sessions can be every 2 to 3 months and then once out you can then rebuild a hair line. Some will just want them out or use laser or electrolysis and move on. Also need to take into account any skin irregularities as often poor clinics will give the patient some pits or ridges and therefore at times skin resurfacing is needed. We do not punch out doubles and place singles in the punch out holes..we need to let it heal and then re-graft. Hope this helps.

    • @bhrclinic
      @bhrclinic  Год назад +3

      Thanks for commenting. Well we have been educating people for a near 2 decades and telling them to research. I don't think they are only helpful if we name the clinics because then the clinic we don't name that ruins them will also be our fault. These people in the videos are victims because others do not share anything. We also cannot share information that the patient has not consented to. If more victims shared then it would help but really with today's online presence of work, there really is no excuse now to not research and find a good clinic. The patient themselves are going to wear their decision on their own heads and no one should research more than them. We do what we can to warn and if some don't think this is helpful then the alternative is no videos of what can go wrong and just let people be victims. If by essence you must name the clinic or not do the video then don't expect many. Many do thank us for these so I am glad they are helpful to some if not to you personally. Take care and hope you research well if you are also considering surgery.
