- Dr. Bisanga discusses the concept of density and creation of a density illusion in Hair Transplantation through professional expertise and application of appropriate hair transplant techniques.
General rule is that once thinning of hair is noticeable in any area of the scalp, the patient has already lost 50% of the original volume of hair that was present in the region. Density could still be the same but thickness of the hair has decreased

There is reason you are the #1 such amazing way to explain
Thank you for the kind words!
You are the best Dr. BISANGA
Thank you for the kind words and all the best for 2024 with health and happiness.
A true unbiased professional advice!
Very good insight, thank you!
Thank you for watching.
Yesss doctor the info what you given is correct most clinic will never use the term square cm. Next time tell patients hairtransplant is not pernement not for 100 years. You msut tell them too the one from the youtube has a good donor area, but not everyone can have that donor that is the most thing to understand. Most clinic extract many grafts some patients thinks the would get the same results but that isnt't correct it is the best way to go only to a FUE/FUE clinic that will tell you the true only basic under ISHR and good clinic have many punches in size, most type of clinic doing only FUE or FUT dont have these types of punches. And the best to evolution your donor area how many grafts you have left or have.
Thanks for watching and sharing your feedback.
Excellent information
Glad the video was educational!
3 things you should now? How many grafts do you require? how many grafts can be extracted from the donor area not everyone has the same donor. How many grafts can be placed in that area.. BHR is the best in taken FUE besinga used a lot of new option about the FUE I have never hear that in my country. Diameter and square cm.
Thanks for your feedback and comments. Glad you found the video beneficial.
Fantastic infoooooo. the good thing what I also like you paid a lot pay attention from your clinic.
Absolutely, Dr. Bisanga and BHR Clinic is continually striving to improve standards within the Hair Transplant industry, and share best practices through hosting, speaking and operating at International annual hair restoration meetings, and other platforms such as our RUclips channel. Thanks for watching the video.
@@bhrclinic If you speak to besinga tell him he is the best Europe and International doctor. And satya clinic is the best clinic in India the doctor doing FUT and FUE same as doctor besinga has a good team.
Fantasic info that is why doing your research is very important. But avoid giga session and dr.Feller has given a lot of warning about gigasession about the FUE. Last time dr.Feller said that doctor bisanga is a real fantastic artist and when it comes to the results doctor in hairtransplant I had reading in some forums were alone reputation doctor skills pictures were showing of artist results.. Thanks! I now that most people's would said? I wish I had now this before I go for a hairtransplant.
Great video! Very insightful. As a Norwood 6 going 7. Would the use of body hair and scalp micropigmentation be enough to give the illusion of a full head of hair?
Once a patient is nw6/7, then few would be able to achieve coverage with scalp hair alone. There are some exceptions but usually a realistic approach would be to use body and or SMP in synergy. If a patient will keep a short shaved look then we have some artistic licence to also change the angles of the placement to give more coverage and one case is here of a shaved head with mostly scalp but also some body hair: ruclips.net/video/YSuz7lJzDRY/видео.html
@@bhrclinic How long after hair transplant, can SMP be done?
@@theworldinthevlog9970 Do you mean to the same area or different? If to the same then wait for any redness to go before then doing and that can take a few months depending on skin tone and areas treated and density. Higher dense areas such as the har line can linger a bit more with redness than other areas.
Is average number of hair per graft higher in fue than strip?
Very good question. It really depends on the approach but in general, Strip will take from a local central area and the richer grafts are fond here and it will not go the the extremes as FUE can. FUE if done well will also spread the extractions and go to the finer areas for the grafts for the hair line. Many will only sadly take from the rear richer areas and that is why I said it depends on who does the surgery and also it depends on the patient's native make up but expect less singles in a Strip and the clinic may have to split doubles to get singles for a hair line, depending on how far round they extend the strip.
This video will explain more STRIP V FUE and is very informative.

@@bhrclinic I would have thought fue would give you more control over which grafts you get, because you can kind of choose.
@@TheMilkdrinker Yes that is what i said here "FUE if done well will also spread the extractions and go to the finer areas for the grafts for the hair line"..BUT it this is assuming the doctor is cherry picking and using the donor area with good extraction. IF the doctor is ONLY using the occipital area as many do then it has less advantage..Please read again the above.
@@bhrclinic yes I see. If you are just working on hairline you can pick the smaller grafts. If you are doing midscalp or crown you can select bigger grafts.
What is the average hairs per FU for a patient? I guess it's about 2?
@@TheMilkdrinker For frontal work an average is around 2.2. This is only one aspect of a good result..calibre, coarseness, skin to hair contrast, angles used etc all make up a result. All the best in your research.
