I knew Dr. Mwamba personally when he worked in Alpharetta, GA. What a nice guy. He is a great human being and a talented hair restoration physician.
Mwamba is a legend. Hearing him speak makes such sense. He did some repair work for me last week and I'm really looking forward to the results.

Does Dr. Mwamba do FUT as well? He is one of the most regarded doctors in the field but I believe in Europe it's mostly FUE hair transplants. What I'd love to do is get an FUT first and see how much coverage I get from that and then go on to an FUE if I need more density. My issue is simply my hair is thin so I am not expecting miracles and a full head of hair and I am ok with that

I have a fue appointment 2000 grafts next month at HMR with Dr Cortez. The area that it in, (Tijuana) sounds sketchy, however after doing my own research & also seeing my best friend have an insane result in just over 6 months hasn’t even been a year yet, went from having the exact same receding hairline as me to basically a full head of hair, obviously there’s scarring on the donor but it’s almost unnoticeable unless he does a bald fade which even then you have to go close up to see. Only thing really sketching me out is the location, but apparently many people have had great results there including my friend + a few RUclipsrs who documented it. This doctor really seems informative & like someone I’d be confident about, now I’m kinda trippen about it I should go to HMR or not
Hmmm, I don't know him, but the fact that your personal friend had great results with him that you have personally seen is a great sign. The most important thing beyond that is having a great consultation with him and knowing you also have great donor hair like your friend must have, making sure you're on preventative hair loss treatment like finasteride ...etc.

I will never go with FUT with a horrible noticeable strip on my head, He should google more about the wonderful results of FUE, and DHI techniques, especially when we go to A - class clinics and doctors.
Yes mate I had one in 2015 worst thing I ever did and my hairtransplant was terrible as well my surgeon was dr rick rogers terrible I need a repair job now

@@wolves1980 in any place you have to go to trusted clinic, you should first look to people reviews, results before/after, you must focus on the video's resolution to make sure the hair line is well done and the follicles are well implanted in the right position and direction

Yes thats whats put me off of FUT. Youre basically locked in to have longer hair even when you get older. Ive seen FUE transplants where guys who buzzed it looked great and the donor area barely had any visible scarring. Depends on the clinic ofcourse i guess
Who is the best FUE surgeon in your opinion, and what do you think about FUE for Norwood 5 and higher?
I think most of the Norwood 5 and higher candidates (who are hair transplant candidates at all) would be better off doing a combination of FUE and FUT surgeries. I don’t think anyone can confidently say who is the single best in the world at FUE. There is much more that goes into a hair transplant as well besides surgical skill that is make or break.

How many grafts you have mate?
@@joeservice1968 more than enough because If I progress further than NW5 we will deplete the donor homogeneously and I will keep the sides shaven/trimmed.

We haven't seen any video with the results from dr mwamba.
Even on his website the before and after pictures don't show a clear result. it looks like scam pics. He should have had a better portfolio on his website.
