It depends if you mean FUE only or FUE and Strip. Say someone has an average donor of 80 FE x cm2 and we can take over 180cm2..then they have 14,400 FU in the area. If we take 40 percent then we can get just under 6k. This assumes no retrograde alopecia and no significant miniaturisation etc. If we add Strip to the mix then we do a large strip first of all and then use FUE.

He was a nNW6 and with a decimated donor and over 250cm2 of surface area. He will only get older and the look is natural. I think we have an epidemic of low flat hair lines that are not appropriate for the bone structure, create a larger surface area to then treat, use more grafts and then look very bad once they become unattached from the rest of the hair that drops. As said he came to us as a MAJOR repair with little donor lest and I think it really needs to be appreciated the work here and coverage given. His hair line was already designed by previous clinic and we came in front of it for repair and worked backwards. I do think people need some reality that we are not all action man dolls with unlimited donor and who will never age. Thanks for watching and sharing your opinion.
