Thanks for the kind words. The face is made of 3 thirds- nose tip to chin, nose tip to the point between both eyebrows over the nose, and from the last point to the hairline. This should never be broken. However when the grafts are less, the hairline is necessarily moved upwards.

In my opinion a hairline that stands out and looks fake, inappropriate for age would be gaulling to a feminine eye. Howeer if you have enough donor supply and the baldness is not likely to progress further (stable), a 4 finger hairline with closing in of temple points will make them more amenable..

As I keep mentioning only 3 out of 10 clients who visit me are eligible. With Grade 7 baldness and 2 procedures done- one FUT in 2007 and one FUE in 2012, I do not feel I am lacking in faith in the procedure.

Yes it is. But the original hairline is often not possible when a person has extensive baldness and meagre scalp donor supply.
