Thanks dude, this is my 4 year old little girls fave. She asks for “the monkey jumping exercise video with the guy”. She actually kinda follows along, does the “jump” then squats with her 8lb kettlebell. Gets all excited, we high five when we’re done.
Oh and I remind her to move her weight to the side when she jumps so she “doesn’t bust her grill” 😊

Is it possible to do a side kick throw flow with the kettle bell lol I really like that exercises just want to implement the kettle bell with it
Yes you can, but it is a difficult movement.

Each rep is like 10 seconds. That’s 4 reps with 20 second break x4-6

What is the best weight to start with?
A light one! One you can manage!! It all depends on your current level. Everyone will tell you to start light, dial in the movements then increase weight over time. No need to rush. As a guide they say for a man or woman you only need 3 kettlebells, for a man, 16kg 24kg 32kg. For a woman 8kg 12kg 16kg. However these are only guides you may wish to start lighter. This is based off lots of research I've been doing during rona season, hope it helps. Now get to work and let us know how you get on 💪
Is kettlebell hard on the shoulders? I'm talking about connective tissue, nerves, etc.? Like the scapula, top of the shoulder area...
Kettlebells have been awesome for my shoulders!
