- Опубликовано: 2 апр 2021
- just another one of the simple "dontbsme" setups cranking out 700whp with fuel pressure running down to nothing.
hes a second pump away from being able to sustain 800+whp with this turbo

S10ppy Mechanics!!!
Matt what’s a good jeg’s converter for twin turbo 5.3 street car/track 2 days a week maybe 3
OH JAMIE IS GONNA LOVE THAT ONE!...LOL
Mind blowing with such a simple setup
Another great build, baring the fender dump.
Just did a cam swap, thank you so much for the blow torch dampener idea and balancer puller tool info, made for an easy swap.
i needed this on a saturday night. happy easter
Very nice, i actually just ordered my vs 7875 today. cant wait to see it preform
Awesome build! Love the truck! Clean!!
I'm jealous , very well done
One day Id like to do the don't bs me build on my 86 c10 it's gonna be stock for now just getting it out back together while I gather parts lol love the channel I appreciate what you do learned a lot from watching thanks
Freakin love it goals right there
Another happy customer. Love the way it blows the mic out at 700hp!
Damn that idle🤤
Bad ass and simple!!!!
I cant wait to finish my dont bs me e36
Thats a sharp ass looking lil truck. They make such good racecars I wish I was 10" shorter I'd build 1 in a heartbeat. Probably the only time in the history of ever friggen ever that statement has been said but still.
What explains the same power on less boost? When you run the E85 the flex sensor is letting the tune add timing? Or less heat = denser air? Great video - inspired to add a flex sensor. Thanks!
E85 is poor man's race gas ftw
Put the tune in the cabinet Matt. I wanna seeeee lol
An S10 on the dyno?!? What is this world coming to??
Sweet! wonder how the results would be wit the gen 3 turbo. Looking at that for my 6.0
Fast spool!
I’m having a fuel pressure drop but also a battery voltage drop - installed the big alternator pulley still same issue. The 2 mirror one another. Just wondering if you had this issue?
Man I just started building my 89 s10 if I make 500 wheel I'll be happy.
Damn, I'm kinda excited to see what my build is going to be capable of. Largely the same recipe, but with a gen2 7875 , a BTR stage 2 , SEP 1500's, and 2 wally 450's in a '79 Impala....
700-800 if your on ethanol unless you a street cruising then numbers like these would work. Cool car tho ! 😎
@@705speednstyle4 u can just make ur own refill station out of a 55gal drum and refill that at the nearest e85 station
7-8 on meth
Was his voltage dropping at RPM on the logs? Single AEM400's generally much better than that as 2 of them have been 180+ at over 3000lbs on pump E85. My voltage always drops off at 6k without a pulley swap.
That s10 looks clean, sucks living in northern Ontario where the roads are made of salt most of the year. Under oil everything you own.
Any chance could you mount the intercooler any lower? Lol 😆 nice build love the truck❤
Nice
Matt, how would a single 525 pump support this build?
Will the stock 3/8" feed line and stock rails support the double pumps or does that need to be upgraded too?
Depends on fuel 3/8 with e85 will go like 700/800 whp IMO but if replacing the lines I would do half at least as people want more power no matter what
What would you say is a realistic whp limit of the SEP 1000’s with e85? I have plenty of pump but I would like to snag 1000 wheel through a 6 speed if possible. I’m also running dual 1000cc meth injectors.
900+ we are going to try and find it soon
What was he running for fuel lines
She's a Beaut Slopp!
PSI @500?
Is that turbo a t4 or t6 flange?
T4 sorry for the late reply
What motor mounts was he running?
Do you need to balance the crankshaft if you're installing Gen 4 rods and pistons into a gen 3 block
No sir
@@SloppyMechanics Seriously? I've been told by lots of people that installing LQ9 gen 4 pistons and rods on an LQ4 gen 3 crank requires balancing. I've already got my combo at the machine shop and it's only $250 to polish the crank and balance but for future reference would be good to know.
Nope…i put .030 over ls2 pistons on gen 4 rods into a 24x lq4 with 64cc ls3 heads to get around 11.15:1 compression…..no problems at all…..then i added a LSA supercharger with a 2.45” pulley…….now im on the fence about adding a flex fuel sensor……but usually you dont need to balance factory stuff, even though the .030 over pistons were aftermarket…….i did the same with a lm7 and put 4.8 flat tops in it with no issues…….only time you really need to have it balanced is when you go with aftermarket crank/rods…..
Will an ls1 hold that?
I would like to know what he did with the rear end...
Iirc he did 8.8
Why hasn’t it blown up or hydrolocked yet? I hear if you install snake eaters it instantly turns your bottom end into spaghetti... 🤦🏻♂️😂
Give it time SIR!
Is this the dude that was messaging Jamie getting cranky about you tuning his car?
Absolutely not I told him never happening
@@SloppyMechanics haha awesome.

Nice
Hey Matt what the most power have you to made with decap truck injectors on a 6.0?
that is a relative quesiton as some decaps are 60 some are 105, and depending on blower, turbo, auto or stickshift transmission, tack on what type of fuel are you using.
@@SloppyMechanics my eng is a 6.0 lq4 with 799 heads, here in Cali we are only blessed with 91 but I will be adding flex fuel and splashing some E85 the turbo is a vs next gen 78/75
