I really love your routines, you are so graceful and elegant. The only thing I'm struggling with is that I am a person who is working on self acceptance, so I'm pretty sensitive to trigger phrases such as 'fat burning'. I'd love to see some workouts with a more trauma informed focus for people who struggle like me! Some of us may never have a totally lean body and that's totally okay, it's more about staying in touch with our bodies and our inner selves to find that inner joy in movement that we once knew as children say. Anyways, all that aside, you're doing an amazing job sharing your work with us for free!!

So - I've been meaning to comment for awhile. But after the workout, I'm toast! I LOVE these workouts. I've been at it for a month now and have done a different one every day - well, at least 6 days a week. I've been a lifelong 'worker-outer' (though you wouldn't know it by looking at me.) I've done about everything. And pretty much enjoyed it all. Well, I enjoy how I feel after I'm done. I was told awhile back that I needed to do exercise that did not including jumping/high impact. I was bummed, but that's what sent me first to barre. I'm about as graceful and coordinated as a fish on dry land doing barre. But it kicked my butt. Pilates just didn't get my heart rate up. But HIIT Pilates? That's a whole nother story! I LOVE multi-tasking. And workouts with Eleni make me feel graceful and the burn just sneaks up on you. Notice I said 'feel'. I still look like that fish out of water, but no one's looking. Not even me. And I also love that while intense, the workouts are low-key and peaceful. No talking. No jabbering. Not even instructions. I love that. And nothing wrong with the music, but I turn it down and listen to a book (remember, I'm a multi-tasker). Now - on to the good part. I have thighs. I know, we all do. But I have THIGHS. And wiggly arms. But I'm into week 4 and I believe I'm starting to see a change. It's small - but it's there. I'm also following a keto diet. Imagine where I'll be in another 4 weeks! Thanks, Eleni, for helping a girl out. By the way, I'm 58 this month. If I can do it, you can too!!!
Because of this new workout, tmr will be my pilates HIIT day... 😆I usually struggle if I should have a calorie-killer day / muscle-toning day / dancing day / 10-min series day etc before I start workout.
I'd like to triple-like this workout, this is my new favourite! I love it how you sprinkle in the intense exercises between easier ones, so while my brain is thinking I'm doing a pilates workout, my body actually sweats properly!
