I highly recommend playing around with additional equipment regardless of what she does on the screen. These are my rest day workouts, so I always add 5-10 lb light hand weights and 5 lb ankle weights (on this one I also added 15 lbs that I hugged behind my knees to intensify the donkey kick/fire hydrant combo). I also add a Bosu ball to really fire up my stabilizers on plank based moves. Even with these modifications, my calorie burn never comes close to what she posts, but again since these are rest day workouts it’s more about getting my body moving than it is burning calories. I just take that into consideration when I’m logging my food for the day. I also end up playing my own music instead of hers because that soft music is just not motivating in the slightest, lol!!! But I enjoy these Pilates routines to change things up.
I love the wide varieties in Eleni's channel. I can tone muscle and train cardio any time I like. And actually we need to have a balance training. There are so many good choices of pilates, walking dance, HIIT (jumping and no jumping) and stretching.... already over 370 videos were posted. I usually "study and dig out" old workouts which were posted 1 or 2 years ago😆 Those are very good too. Look forward to 1M subscribers soon. 🥰

New moves that I haven't tried before, I thoroughly enjoyed it ! I was challenging especially balance-wise but I pushed through. I would need to learn to breath properly though, I don't know when to inhale and when to exhale :)

Just use ankle and wrist weights, it elevates the workout if you want a challenge!
