I have had four cancers in a year and a half and went through over a year of chemo. Although I'm back to doing what I could do before it all began, this particular practice feels so good to me and I'm very grateful for it.
I like seeing all the other participants in the group, male and female, and younger and older.................great representation. Thanks for this high quality sound, lighting and instruction.

I just retired at age 70 and was looking for a gentle yoga. This is perfect for me. Do this every morning, then gym for either aerobic or resistance exercises. Could someone please let me know who I may thank for this wonderful chair yoga youtube video? Love and peace to everyone.

Ty! I am a stroke survivor and don’t have use of my left arm and leg! I know that repetition is key for the brain to rewire, so, I will keep attempting all the moves with my right hand helping the left! Then one day, I’m hopeful! I will regain some!

I have Vertigo so bad I have to use a walker. I can do this chair yoga - I know it won’t help with Vertigo but hope no it will make me feel better. Finally cancer free but will always have Vertigo

I have a broken foot. I can only do chair work outs. This was the most relaxing and de-stressing exercise I have found. My balance is off, and everything aches from the air boot I have to wear. My whole being seems to improve after these lovely movements. thank you for a beautifully soothing video. :)
Excellent! I am a cancer patient and suffer greatly from pain. Many of the positions were painful, but I just pulled back until the muscle relaxed. Thank you for your service. This video is very helpful.

This freshens my ligaments without exhausting me. I have the illness commonly, yet inadequately, known as chronic fatigue syndrome as well as fibromyalgia and complications.
thank you! I am a first timer, and have very little flexibility in lower body due to weight and rheumatoid arthritis. I feel energized, and to help with the leg lifting, may use a towel or sheet next time.
what a great idea about the sheet or towel, i have had multiple knee replacement surgeries on both knees and very limited mobility on the knee bending, so that may help a lot........... thanks for the idea.
I wish it was local in my area maybe my rec center in my area offers it I will check. It was not that easy. I am 70 years old. I know with practice. It gets better.
