• 12 Exercises Performed In Tri-sets (4 Tri-sets)
• 10 reps per exercise & As Many Rounds per tri-set As Possible
• 5 Minutes Per Tri-Set // 60 Sec Breaks Between

That last round was a killer. I really had to push myself.
Yikes that was tough! Felt great when I was done. That is definitely good example of resistance training that is also cardio.
