    This one was amazing. When you do these killer workouts, maybe consider giving us a short cool down. That would have made this even better. Thanks!

    Hi.. day 23 done ... i am AT thé hôtel.. haven’t dumbelles.. only bands .. don’t like them but i do the workout.. see you tomorrow guys.. 😘🇫🇷

    Holy MOLY!! I see I haven't fully recovered from the last workout. I couldn't do all the push-ups unfortunately, but I will progress. Great workout guys. Oh and...Bruce to the rescue at the end! 🤣

    What a great workout!! But the 60 second intervals??? They pushed me to my limits!! You got me spoiled with the 30 second intervals!! :-) I will definitely do this one again!!

    Really liked the variation in this one. Not quite so much of a killer as some of the others, but still far from easy.

      @@ACHVPEAK I like variation more than doing 'sets', but tbh I've found most of your workouts to be very good. My biggest challenge is floor-space in a tiny room.
