What a great workout!! But the 60 second intervals??? They pushed me to my limits!! You got me spoiled with the 30 second intervals!! :-) I will definitely do this one again!!
@@ACHVPEAK I like variation more than doing 'sets', but tbh I've found most of your workouts to be very good. My biggest challenge is floor-space in a tiny room.
This one was amazing. When you do these killer workouts, maybe consider giving us a short cool down. That would have made this even better. Thanks!
