    I’m really liking this format of 9 exercises all performed 4 times on their own before moving to the next one.

    Just wanted to thank you both for your awesome videos. I’ve been committed to doing these every single morning since the New Year and as the UK is still in full lockdown these have helped me massively mentally 👌🏼 I love the visuals of the countdown and progress bar and love the fact you both do these videos together 👊🏼

    My legs are on fire! I know I am going to regret living in a second floor walk up later today! Great workout! The Squatting Lateral Steps after Glute Kickbacks (I modified to do from all fours) are evil

    Loved this workout. Still can't get RDLs I always just feel it in my back and not my legs.

    I’m liking using bands for things like RDL. I really feel that constant tension throughout. Great material as always!

    Like the mix in workouts, keep uploading bands and dumbbells because I like bands and my wife like dumbbells 😂 and it's great workout for couples ❤️

    First time doing your workouts. This was awesome. I haven't used a resistance band in a while it was a great change. You guys are funny!!! Great energy. thanks for the good workout
