I’m currently traveling and am grateful for the band options since using hotel gyms are not an option for me during COVID. I also noticed you offering standing moves for each move so if I don’t want to get down on the hotel carpet or use a bathroom towel I don’t need to. THANK YOU! Please keep posting 👍🏼😁💪🏼

today i was tired and weak, failed many times and had to change excercise and lower the weight at arnolds
