    Hola y saludos desde Madrid (España). Gracias por estos 31 dias, estoy a diario siguiendo los entrenamientos y es la primera vez que consigo ser constante, nunca habia sido capaz de hacer ejercicio todos los dias. Me acompañáis todas las mañanas y me encantan los ejercicios. GRACIAS!!!!!!

    Thank you for being on RUclips and offering these workouts day in and day out. My husband and I have been doing your workouts and love the no nonsense hard work they produce. I’m currently traveling and am grateful for the band options since using hotel gyms are not an option for me during COVID. I also noticed you offering standing moves for each move so if I don’t want to get down on the hotel carpet or use a bathroom towel I don’t need to. THANK YOU! Please keep posting 👍🏼😁💪🏼

    My triceps and shoulders are on fire. Have to drop resistance during a couple of the exercises.

    When you said switch to a lighter weight for the W's, I instinctively picked up the 5lb ... and they felt like pencils! I'm getting stronger!🤣🤣💪💪
