Tough. A #goodtough. Been doing more weight training as well as walking. Switching it up so that my body won't reach a plateau. Have way more endurance than what I had when I first started doing your workouts back in Jan 2020. Able to go longer and keep up. Pat myself on the back and I feel awesome. Thanks to the both of you. After a long hiatus due to back and knee problems (ex long distance runner) found you guys and have to commend you for your dedication, mixing DBs and cardio has really improved my fitness levels but more than that the variety of the workouts keep you interested 👍 would request more full body DB workouts too! Thanks guys 💪
Every week i tell you this is my favourite workout but i was wrong. This is it . I loved it. After waiting for 4 months i finally got dumbbells, i was using bands and loved them. Im wodering if you have a 12 week or so program where you mix it up. I love the dumbbell workouts but would like to mix in band workouts too
ok seriously, we need more of these with different exercise combos! (in all your spare time I know) but this was perfect cardio/strength mix. I'd love to do this twice to three times a week!
