Loved it, I wasn't a fan of the HIIT workouts when you first introduced them but I'm warming to them now. Still can't resist saying to infinity and beyond when I'm doing the linear jammers.
This one had me pouring sweat and left my arms burning like crazy. I gotta practice my burpees though, the spirit is willing but the body cant seem to get these down. I ended up doing exploding pushups as a sub. Gotta work on that form and coordination.

Those linner jammies and burpe combination was so tough, think that was one of hardest workouts so far for me

Burpees are still cruel. Really need to remember these are a HIIT workout and start off with lower resistance.
Eek! Yeah just a little lighter. Or just push it with your normal resistance and take a quick break as needed.
