Just got done with this! My legs are NOODLES! I was about to slow it down until I saw that adorable dog again. I don't know why the dog gives me a 2nd wind. 😅 Anyway, thank you again for these workouts. 27 pounds down thanks to you 3 (I included him too).
I have been having difficulty squeezing my scapula and other back muscles. I have pretty slouched posture and neck problems from a whiplash injury. Can you incorporate neck strengthening exercises? I really enjoy working out to your videos, because you help me increase my mindfulness of what my body is doing during the workouts. Thank you.
We feel your pain!! We have 18 seemingly endless stairs to climb to get to all but 1 of the rooms in our house.... The only one downstairs is the guest room unfortunately. Mayne I should start calling it DJS post leg day room.
