Love the workouts and the banter between you two is ace. Would love to see a little more demo of exercises as I struggled with some of these today. Never feel the rdls either. Just end up with lower back pain despite a straight back.

for the strength training videos I would log them as a generic workout unless you're really pushing it drenched it sweat. If your intensity is high and legitimately gassed at the end I would log it as HIIT. At the end if your thinking you could go for round two then do a gym workout. The workout is interval training but the High Intensity part depends on the exerciser.
I'm the worst with the watch. I almost always go with open workout. Two reasons: I'm in too much of a hurry to go through the list so I tap what's as the top and when Jen I a go for walks or run somehow my watch is always .3 of a mile shorter than her watch after a 3 mile loop we do. So my trust in the accuracy is lacking.

1 week in and I am feeling it. I am sore in muscles I didn't even know I had. Day 6 was brutal tho.

The first set (lunges into lat row and rdls in curl) were very awkward. But the rest was great!

I must have faulty bands. I couldn't get them as high. I was afraid that if I tried any harder they would've snapped. I was using 10lbs. Great video!

Is it bad to not be sweating much after a workout, since I’ve noticed the only type of workouts I really sweat from is cardio related.
I have heard various fitness experts that sweat should not be an indicator of how "good" a workout was for you.

When I'm logging these workouts into my workout app can I put them as HIIT workouts or should I stick with the generic gym workout?
