  • • Ingredients: #Russian big bread
    High-protein flour 600 grams 0:34,
    Yeast 5 grams 0:41,
    Powdered milk 30 grams 0:49,
    White granular sugar 100 grams 0:53,
    Milk about 140 grams(use cold milk in summer )0:56,
    Eggs 3(use cold ones in summer ) 1:00,
    Oil 20 grams 1:04,
    Butter 20 grams 1:10,
    Salt 2 grams 1:12,
    Green raisins 100 grams 3:36,
    Walnuts 100 grams 3:49,
    Black currant raisins 100 grams 3:57,
    Egg yolk of two eggs:4:42,
    • Baking setting: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 140 degrees, bake it for about 40 mins in the lower layer of oven.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
