So confusing! Some say never eat fruits (except berries), some say NOT to eat carbohydrates, some say only eat meat. There's so much information and they all have a way of convincing people. It so hard to know what is really true, but it's probably because no one really knows the right answer. Maybe it's because we all have differences in our body chemistry and not all foods have the same effect on all people. I don't think there's ONE right answer for EVERYONE.

      1. More or less energy?
      2. How feeling emotionally?

For people looking for tips on cooking beans. Make sure you soak them preferably overnight. Throw out that water or use it to water house plants. Then pressure cook the beans. Pressure cooking is the way to remove phytic acids which helps with reduced bloating. Indian cooking, where we have been eating legumes and beans for centuries also uses Asafetida and spices which helps battle the gas from beans.

Cut down on most of complex carbs in diet, at least down to 80%, heavy on meat during meal times, focus your sweet cravings from fruits to satisfy your sweet tooth, avoid processed food as much as possible such as canned foods, processed meat, chips and junk foods, and totally remove softdrinks in diet. I did this and got rid of my belly fat in just a month and a half and back to normal weight . You dont even need to completely avoid your favorite unhealthy snacks but cutting them down to 80% will definitely show results.

      2 Tablespoons sugar
      1/2 teaspoons vanilla
      3 slices of bread cubed
Cinnamon sprinkled over top of pudding or you can use nutmeg (I like cinnamon because of the affects on blood sugar

In oven proof bowl scramble 2 eggs and 2 Tablespoons of sugar
Slowly pour scalded milk into eggs & sugar
      Add vanilla mix
Add cubed 3 slices of bread , I use Dave’s Killer Bread (it doesn’t spike blood sugar as much as others)) or any bread of your choice
Fill a baking pay halfway with water and place in oven turn oven to 350 degrees, while oven is heating let your bread soak in the milk and egg mix
When oven is hot gently set bowl with pudding mix in the heated pan.
      Bake for 45 - 50 minutes
The bread pudding has help me get off high sugar desserts
I too am a recovering sugarholic , good luck

Sugar was my kryptonite as well. I had a horrendous outbreak of psoriasis in the fall. Dr. advised an anti inflammatory diet. The number 1 inflammatory is sugar. Since January 23, I have drastically reduced my sugar intake. I cut out sugar substitutes as well. Instead, when I want something sweet, I eat apples, bananas, grapes and dates. Just start by substituting. Just following Dr. Liu’s recommendations has helped me with my autoimmune disease, lose 37
Pounds and feel so much better.

Don’t buy sugary snacks or drinks. Remove it from your coffee/tea etc. Go to bed early and don’t snack. Start running and set another goal like a 10K race.

For people looking for tips on cooking beans. Make sure you soak them preferably overnight. Throw out that water or use it to water house plants. Then pressure cook the beans. Pressure cooking is the way to remove phytic acids which helps with reduced bloating. Indian cooking where we have been eating legumes and beans for centuries also uses Asafetida and spices which helps battle the gas from beans. Edit : also please don’t start eating 3 cups of beans everyday if you have never eaten them or eat very infrequently! Ease in to it starting with a few spoonfuls and slowly increasing your intake.

Would you please address xylitol as a natural sweetner? It has been recommended by my dentist for 2 reasons:
    1. To treat dry mouth
    2. To nutralize acid, which harmful oral bacteria thrive on, and create an alkaline oral environment to decrease tooth decay.
Xylitol has a near 0 glycemic index as I understand it, which should not trigger insulin secretion.

Adam and eve effected the human race. We reaped what they sewed.
Forbidden fruit then. It could have been sex but it could have been fruit it was sin forsure and Cain may have been the result one way or the other sin entered in and Paradise and the garden were taken away.
But thank you for trying to help explain caring.

    • @user-bp9oy4gl3l
      @user-bp9oy4gl3l Месяц назад

@@Flutterby777 Hi thank you for sharing your comment, but I saw some error that would be great if I could explain. First Sin is a turning away from God. Sex isn't a sin. Sex is an instrument of marriage bonding between man and woman, that makes them one flesh, that's very special, good and holy gift from God, only allowed to be performed within marriage. Sex outside marriage is sin. So sex was in Adam and Eve was not the problem, because they are joined by God. The problem was Eve in her free will chose her own independence from God and disobeying the good and righteous word of God, and since we are their descendants, we inherit the nature of rebellion against God, that only can be mended back by the Cross as payment for unrighteousness of all mankind throughout the ages.
God in His mighty power and sovereignty never cause us to do sin, we chose to do sin ourselves. We always struggle against sin, because by fleshly nature, we prone to do sin, but at the same time our hearts knows it's wrong, because of the law that God has written in our hearts (Conscience of Good and Evil). We might lost the garden, but we never lost God, He is reaching out to us, and by believing in Jesus Christ died in the cross as payment of sin to us all, and repent and asking Him to invite Holy Spirit to dwell in our hearts, we will overcome sin by His Spirit, not by our fleshly nature.
I'm sorry if this is too long of a comment, but I hope you may understand the message, it's very important to be clear about this, not muddled by other ideas that deviates from the original problem: We human in its free will and fleshly nature, will always do sins, God never wrong, we are in God's given free will, ended up chose unclear things.
