you are not correct in some aspects, in US the use of red meat and FAT has declined for last 50 years but the Cardiac diseases has increased many fold, if you eat lots of whole foods the energy you get is very small, you abdomen will bulge out and you will feel hungry and weak, there is a smell of vegetarians propaganda, fish is an important part of protien but you did not mention, Athletes can not survive on Beans, this is also lie Romans eating only Barley, they were heating lot of Flesh

Ty as always for all the info! Love seeing the tea backstory. Would also love a deep dive on healing the microbiome, antibiotics and superbugs like c diff. And what probiotics you’d recommend. Liquid Bio-K Plus has been the only thing that seems to help me heal from multiple bouts of c diff but it’s taken years of daily use. Wish I wasn’t so dependent on it, but I’ll get inflammation if I miss just 1 day. I’d like to understand it better! Also why my inflamed gut can’t handle uncooked vegetables and vitamins in general.

ALL my labs are beautiful and perfect, except triglycerides. They are always around 20points too high. I finally started on DURABLE, a really well structured red yeast rice supplement by a doctor, 1600mg a day, and the reviews are super.
Dr., can you please list some alternatives to the supplement listed for $80/ for 20 days? This is gulp, a lot. Maybe, maybe if it took the place of everything else…
Dr. Liu - I stopped eating peanuts after learning they're contaminated with aflatoxins (carcinogenic and mutagenic substances produced by certain molds that grow on peanuts). Do you have different information that makes you comfortable eating peanuts, no less putting them on your list of Top 10 Immunity Boosting Foods that I assume you eat regularly? I’m 76 years, I love the golden Kiwi also that kale. I need to travel every year therefore those information is very important for me. I myself don’t eats on plane ✈️ or the airport. Other studies have shown that diets rich in strawberries, blueberries, kale, and spinach prevent neurological damage due to radiation..."
Sadly most of those fruits and vegetables are on the dirty dozen list for pesticides.

She doesn’t think it can completely help prevent exposure, it can only help in the same way that wearing long sleeves at the beach is recommended. Obviously, there’s no way to completely protect yourself. She knows that, you know that and I know that.

Every time I go to the doctor they act annoyed and tell me I'm fine. I'm not fine I have an autoimmune disease that was undiagnosed for 10 years and I have chronic abdominal pain and severe fatigue. Doctor's have treated me so poorly I'm almost afraid to even bother.
Go back to do some more research according to other doctors you’re putting out some conflicting reports I believe

I love and make saurkraut and kimchi but for fresh eating my favorite salad is quite simple: red cabbage (green is good to, just not as pretty) shredded finely, fresh lemon juice to taste (I like it quite tart), a little olive oil, nigelle seeds, celery seeds, salt, hot peppers of choice or a good fermented hot sauce (home made is best and easy to make) and any additional veg you like. I like shredded carrots and some chopped peppers. Oh and also some small cauliflower flowerettes. Let it macerate overnight. It is tangy and delicious. And makes my gut super happy ❤
I had my genes tested and the caffeine metabolize gene I have is fast. As far as radiation goes I think kelp or iodine containing foods may also assist. What do you think about eating foods that are microwaved? A colleague of mine’s father was a nuclear physicist that would say you get more radiation from microwave foods than from nuclear energy facilities. He would not eat microwaved foods. I told him I thought that radiation levels from microwave ovens were probably at safe levels in this day and age. Thank you for another awesome presentation ❤😍👍😎
As all Yanks I grew up on milk chocolate sugar bars. Years later the sugar dangers became known. Doing a little research I learned that the later known American colonies were first organized for mass production of sugar for Europe,! ! Cotton came mu h later. And the American addiction to sugar is s European curse which never went away. I now enjoy chocolate milk with neither chocolate nor milk! I prefer dutched cocoa powder from Anthony's Goods with almond drink ("milk") with a smidgen of sucrose (sugar) or Allulose to take off the bitter edge of the cocoa powder. This is probably far closer yo the original cocoa ancestral indigenous drinks. The next time a European criticizes you for the internationally known American sweet tooth, simply point your finger at them and say, "It's all your fault. You bad bad bad,!"
