We all step onto the mat to fulfill a certain need, and that's what Vibes does for you. This yoga program offers five unique classes each designed to create a certain 'vibe' or feeling that you may need that day. Whether you're feeling stressed and need to reset, low on energy and need a kickstart, feeling down and want a mood boost, wanting a relaxing dose of zen, or unable to focus and looking for presence - Vibes has a class for you.
The VIBES yoga program consists of the following intermediate yoga classes:
DE-STRESS
Take this class any time you need to reset and restore mind and body.
ENERGIZE
Enjoy this upbeat flow any time you want to increase your energy. This class is great for starting your day or getting over a midday slump.
MOOD BOOST
Take this class any time you need to uplift your mood and refuel your heart chakra - your center for self-love and positivity.
RELAX
Get zen with this feel-good flow that blends breathing, yin-style stretches and poses that will leave you feeling fully relaxed both mind and body.
GET PRESENT
Take this class any time you're unable to focus, feeling scattered, or need to get grounded.
