    In August 2023 I had a complete pec rupture. I documented the comeback which led to the biggest total of my career, 2110 at 308 in May of 2024.
    Right now, I am working towards cutting 80 plus pounds to take care of my unfinished goals in powerlifting.

    its sad to hear that you're about ready to wrap up your PL career soon (at least how you talk) your presence is such a good example for how to neither overthink nor underthink training, as well as how resilient the body can be

    Just hit a push workout and tried those pushdowns with the ball and triceps have never felt so smoked

    i dont have a ball attacment for triceps but i use a thick bar is it simmilar in feel to the orb
