    I didn't knew I had scoliosis...I was going through my medical examination as I was about to join military and I found out that I had mild scoliosis of thoracic spine.This pulled me back from being a part of military which was my dream.Luckily I found this video I wish through all these exercises I can fix my scoliosis and make my dream come true.

    I really wish she'd be making videos still, I literally do this everyday cause i haven't found anything as effective for my neck and back pains ♡
    Plus she's delightful to boot, AND the editing is good.

    I'm so happy that i found your channel, i am also sad that i am too late.. i think you're not making videos anymore.. you deserve more than 1000 subs. I just wanna tell you thank you so much.. i was sad that i have scoliosis, i'm 16 years old, i will tern 17 in 4 months .. my doctor has said i can workout at home but that will not bring my back to the way it was .. it will just make it not get worse .. i have lost hope and stopped working out.. i thout that it was useless but when i worked out with you i felt like "hey there are people like me out there" and i love your videos and the edit is so good! much love .. xoxo❤

    Wow, this was wonderful! I never had my scoliosis treated when I was young, and despite being quite fit, it’s popping up with osteoarthritis of my cervical spine as well as chronic shoulder pain and costochondritis! I’m so glad to have found you and your channel and hope to embark on a new journey of healing with your content ❤️

    G!!! I've been doing this Day 1 video for 2 days now cos it feels so good!! I love how you did it! The instructions, your side comments, they definitely help me through it! Also, it's my first time to hear of baby pulses- and wow it works for me since I do have a tight body. Eventually I know I'll get there.. For now, I'll be following your videos as I try to be consistent with my practice!
    Keep it up!! You're doing great!!

The DAY 2 is gonna be a tough one but whenever you're ready, its a great strengthening workout! Glad you love it! Thanks for letting me know 🥰

Maybe the DAY THREE will give you the slow-pace you are looking for...if not, I would highly recommend Boho Beautiful or Jessica Richburg's channel on here! They have a lot of relaxing slow classes that you might really enjoy. Excited for you to dive in to the other videos tho! :)

    Can't thank enough for sharing these exercises with breathing and other important tips. Reminders for tucking in the rib cage are helpful

    Great Videos! Could you please explain how do I need to start these exercise series? Is it like Day 1 to 5 and then Day 5 for 4 weeks? It would be really helpful to understand how to start, Thanks:)

      You can do Day 1- 5 whenever you feel okay doing it. I suggest to do all 5 days in a week if your body is able to. And then just find a rest day depending on how you are feeling the day after.       It does help! With consistency, it will eventually correct and if you do my day 1-5 classes of scoliosis series! It has helped my S-curve a lot and still helping upto now.
