Hi all. I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis at 16 degrees when i was 13 years old. I am now 15, still doing the exercises my rehab doctor recommended. Been a while since i last visited her office. Is yoga safe for me? I wanna add it to my usual daily routine. Thank u for the answers.

wow, how? I have a 50% curve and all my life I thought it was muscle pain and sciatica. And even had 3 back x-rays and no one caught it. So please tell me how
I had a much more pronounced scoliosis and I corrected my spine through 3 minute stretches almost completely after 2 months and now even my bones are returning to its place. Idiopathic scoliosis is a result of psychological trauma trapped in the body. If you can identify what it was you can release it and start the healing. I only do light back bending over a foam roller on a floor and I have amazing results. I am 44 years old and have scoliosis since I was 5. I had 80 degrees thoracal deformation and 57 lumbal. Of course all of this would not be possible if my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ didn't point me to the source of my illness and the way I can get the healing!

My scoliosis is terrible and on my concave side, it produces back like a hump. I’m so embarrassed to walk in front of ppl, clothes fit terrible, I’m desperate to get relief and possibly fix some of my issue

I didn't knew I had scoliosis...I was going through my medical examination as I was about to join military and I found out that I had mild scoliosis of thoracic spine.This pulled me back from being a part of military which was my dream.Luckily I found this video I wish through all these exercises I can fix my scoliosis and make my dream come true.

I also cured my scoliosis with Yoga many years ago. I was diagnosed during my teen years. They said there was nothing I could do until it got bad enough for a brace, surgery, etc. I did some research and learn of yoga for scoliosis. I practiced the main asanas everyday and now my curve is not severe enough to be considered scoliosis. Twists, cat/cow and superman pose are all great for scoliosis.

thank you so much for this )): i got diagnosed with scoliosis when i was 16/17 and im 18 now and the back pain from it plus my boobs (im DD in bra size) is a lot. i feel sick when i touch my back and my spine isnt straight down the middle ): i’ll try to get into yoga and hopefully see some improvements!

You can do Day 1- 5 whenever you feel okay doing it. I suggest to do all 5 days in a week if your body is able to. And then just find a rest day depending on how you are feeling the day after. Hi Georgina, thank you for your excellent routines and the happy educative and engaging way to show them to us. could it be possible I am 71 years old with a double curb of over 65 degrees ...but I am active, slim and positive. Could it be possible for you to do some scoliosis routines for older adults like me? It will really help me and adults like me to stay active and able to control the pain.

I'm experiencing something similar. My curve is mild but it is in my thoracic. Could you pinpoint me to a video of yours that can help the most? Also, I don't know how to draw the lines on my curve. When I began, and because I have lot of back fat, I seemed to have fat gathered on lower left. Now, a month later, it is visibly less on left side and the skin dig curve that was invisible before on right side, is starting to show. It looks better.
