    This is a really great workout. I'm coming back from recently giving birth and found it strong enough and really clear instructions

      Matisse Amadeus good luck with it and be kind to yourself. Even if you only get half the workout done, something is better than nothing and you will eventually work up to completing the whole thing.

    Really enjoyed I’m taking it slow due to fibromyalgia. Finished 12 minutes will slowly increase. Your cues are magnificent.

      Yes…slowly slowly. My mum has fibromyalgia and I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. If you push too hard the inflammation is intense. Build up gradually. You sound like you know what you’re doing. All the best. Nx

    Hi Nell! I love your reformer series! and this Mat workout is great too, but I fell in love with the class you taught in 2020 for the National Pilates Day!! Are you still planning to publish more mat workouts? Thanks!

      Hi Alexandra, thanks so much for your feedback. Oh wow...that is a very specific style of a workout and I’m so thrilled you got that! Your comment has made me think about offering a series like the NPD workout. Leave it with me and I’ll let you know.

      Hi Sarah. Thank you for you lovely comment. I will be posting the next levels of the floor series once I complete Reformer 4,5,6. So once the reformer ones are done (filming them this week) then I will get as many of the floor ones filmed and uploaded. Thanks for your patience!

      Galena Kisselev I’m currently focussing on filming my reformer programs which I’m almost done. I will then be filming all the floor/mat programs. Apologies for delay but bear with me and I will post the next floor one in a few weeks time. Nx

    hi Im a Pilates beginner with a broken foot and exploring floor workouts during recovery. loved the 40min beginner floor routine but cannot find any other floor classes from you; I don't have access to a reformer, do you have any other floor workouts? thanks so much
