Love, love, LOVE the back of that thing. However, $1,4000 starting price for an OLED that is, in may respects, inferior to its cheaper QD-OLED cousins, is just too much. The dual mode 480hz mode is going to be an extremely small niche, I'm afraid. Most competitive gamers that want or need that kind of refresh rate are not going to be buying a 32 inch OLED in the first place, they'll opt for a 360hz 27 inch. the whole reason of those 24" and 27" modes is to fill that need for competitive gamers who prefer smaller sizes. 480hz oled response time is the best thing possible atm, only thing that could be on par is the 540hz TN with strobing, but it has so many tradeoffs that I think many people who have the bucks to spend and are heavy into competitive shooter will highly consider an option like this. especially with the huge benefit of using a 32" 4K panel for anything else outside of the game.
And still a 1.4 DP. I will buy one of these, when they are better in 2-3 generations. There is no way in hell, that I spend 1.4k - 1.5k euro (after VAT) on a 1.4 DP monitor. Why would anyone buy this to use with hardware that can barely run at 120 fps, and even when consoles do reach that framerate the resolution is bumped down to 1080p.
Great monitor. Not so great warranty. Also confirmed with LG they don't stock replacement panels so you could be waiting weeks/months to receive a repaired/replaced panel.

I wish LG would make a 27 inch 4k oled 240hz monitor
If you use it for productivity you will definitely develop burn-in. So keep us posted on that.
Which is better? This one, or that new ASUS 32" you reviewed a while ago? I much prefer this stand compared to the ASUS one, as it is less gamery. I'm curious about which panel is better.
Why would anyone buy this to use with hardware that can barely run at 120 fps, and even when consoles do reach that framerate the resolution is bumped down to 1080p.
4K 32” OLED flat panel.
Great monitor. Not so great warranty. Also confirmed with LG they don't stock replacement panels so you could be waiting weeks/months to receive a repaired/replaced panel.
Have heard that their warranty doesn't cover burn in 😢
oof $1,400, thats pricey piece of gabagool
Least obvious product ad
Nice gaming oled👍
Não entendi nada que você falou, mas o monitor parece bom em
Next time I'd love to see what the monitor looks like in CS2, Valorant, Fortnite.. The typical FPS games. Otherwise great video.
It's great until you see the price
Nice Gaming OLED - Imagine it being a QD-OLED with same features
Any idea on the cost for this in the uk.. great vid as always mate 😎👍
Yo dude, do your USB ports work on the back if you plug in a keyboard or webcam or literally anything? Mine seem to not have power! Also what settings are you using for general usage ? game mode 1? sRGB? I don't know what 'default' mode to use when not gaming...
Plz compare it with asus rog since lg is woled and asus is qd oled it would be interesting watching how both are different from each other
I think I’ll have to do a comparison next
Great Video - Gaming OLED!
Great things IMO:
1) 4K
2) HDR10
3) OLED not QLED
4) HDMI 2.1
5) FreeSync PremiumPro
6) MLA+
7) VRR
8) G-SYNC
9) 120 Hz
10) Vesa 100 mount
Few things that are missing IMO:
1) Want Display Port 2.1 full UHBR20 not 1.4
2) Wish it had the KVM switch most monitors have built in this year.
3) Prefer the new WRGB config instead of WOLED
4) Choice of glossy over anti-glare matte screen.
5) Dolby Vision would be nice
6) Longer warranty for screen burn as most offer at least 3yrs and better for dead pixel count which should be 0 IMO.
7) USB C
8) Remote
Unsure:
Do I prefer all this in 27" instead of 32"
Anyone else think the 480hz option is useless ? When you have a 4K monitor I’m not sure I’d ever want to drop down to 1080P even for the higher refresh rate. 240hz at 4K works really well.
if i want an oled that is a bit bigger and not wide screen, is the lg c3 42inch the best option? will be using my gaming pc and ps5, series x on it. im fine with 120max hz
Sometimes I get curious, the way ge spends so much time infront of screen and is still living without glasses, how
LG knows how to make an OLED
I got a LG 4K IPS monitor off one of your reviews, and the only thing I don't love about it is the black levels with it being an IPS panel, but now that they're finally making 4K OLEDs it's hard not to pull the trigger 😂.
Now could be the time 😅
@@SpawnPoiint 🤫 don't tell my wife 😂
Love your videos though keep up the great work!
What happed with ROG PG32UCDM? Which one do you recommend LG 5UE or ROG CDM ?
any moniter make Netflix smoother frame rate ?? same oled TV
Nice gaming oled (I bought it)
