As someone who plays VGC doubles, if I see an opponent use something out of ordinary in their team I feel such immense fear it probably can't be measured because at least against the meta mons I know somewhat what to do, wildcards are spooky! 😂
What i fear the most is that guy who has 4 OU mons, 1 PU mon, and 1 random lv 1 aron. Understands the game well enough to know the meta, but creative enough to know what unpredictable antimeta works
Thief + acrobatics or feint scyther is also chill. No one expects item stealing from an acro user giving ghost killing power. Run it with CC and feint or quick attack to bait ghosts out.

This Pokémon should have Compoundeyes as ability, it would be much more useful on a sleep powder move set, equipped with hydro pump with increased accuracy

Speed 252 SpA 252+ Def 4 Atk - Either heavy-duty boots or focus sash Quiver Dance Bug Buzz Air Slash Mud Shot (Best ground move it has) Along with tera ground. I personally believe mud shot (w/ tera ground) is a better option than Hydro pump. It covers more, has 100% accuracy, and speed drops 1 stage. Yes, hyrdo pump can cover for fire and rock types but what about steel and electric? That's why you choose mud shot.
(For vgc) You can also run a supportive quiver dance baton pass set. Focus sash, sticky webs, then QD, then baton pass it to something that can cook. Put an Oricorio next to it to start, baton pass to your Volcarona and you got a dance party.

Speaking of this pokemon, I got an entirely full odds 1/4,096,000 Masquerain by accident, I was looking for Iron Crown and Iron Boulder in Area Zero and I encountered a shiny Masquerain with a rare mark, and any pokemon has a 1/1000 chabce of having a rare mark, and the shiny Masquerain (1/4096 chance) has a rare mark (1/1000 chance), which makes it a 1/4,096,000 Masquerain, and I didn't have any sandwich boosts active nor the shiny charm at the time, I ofc hyper trained it and it has the moveset Giga Drain (for rock type coverage), Air Slash, Bug Buzz, Quiver Dance, and it has the grass tera type, it managed to barely take out a 5 (or 6 star, I forgot) tera raid Golem.
I've always liked Masquerain. Not necessarily its utility, but just in general. I really like your videos with underused Pokemon being successfully used competitively. It goes with my belief that, though some are definitely more useful and versatile than others, every Pokemon can be good when used strategically. Just like how you used Dodrio a couple weeks ago to decimate a team. It's awesome.
