I don't always respond but I love your videos. You go into great detail and although you don't see many M45's or M56's on the road im sure those who do some of their own repair appreciate what you do.
Thanks for the video, I got to change my M45 2004 Front Brakes this morning and was a little nervous because I never did front brakes before, always changed the back. Your video gave me the confidence I needed. Thank you so much!
You might want to use a different lubricating compound on the slider pins that is silicone. The reason is the rubber bushing on those slide pins can react and swell with the type of compound you are using, plus the silicone is non-melting, non-freezing, non gumming, more weatherproof. If the rubber bushings swell then the calliper pins can sieze up. In the USA Napa has a product called Sil-Glyde that is good, in Canada Kleen-Flo eze slide.
Sorry I don't have a Q45 to refer to, but look up any brake bleeding videos on RUclips and they'll guide you how to. Even if not exact, you should compare what you're seeing with what your car has and you should vet close enough.

Thanks for the kind words John. I hope you've had a relatively easy ownership experience and not had to make a lot of repairs.

You're most welcome, glad I could help. Remember to bed those brakes in though, it helps with the bite
