Hi Dr Idriss. I would absolutely love a video on ‘Why skincare is beneficial’. I know it may seem like a silly question but there are a lot of us out there (mostly who don’t wear makeup might I add) that find that when we stopped washing our faces and really using any products at all (except SPF) that our skin heals beautifully. I found that after I broke my skin barrier and got very bad acne that that only thing that helped it was stopping doing any thing all. I obviously don’t want to not use anything because I feel like this will not age me well but sometimes it feels like there’s no other option and I’m scared of how many products are out there 😢

Wait til you're 64.. what's happened?😭😅. But you guys, what ever happened to aging gracefully? Honestly idk if social media has actually helped the aging process or has somehow hurt us😔. Everyone and their mother and sister and best friend and cousin is doing 100+ things to try to 'look' younger and stave off the entire aging process. The internet has contributed 100%. Now even 23 yr olds are worrying about every little line that appears on their faces and are adopting 12-step skincare regimens .... at age 23😦. I guess I just sometimes REALLY miss the days when older women were actually "older" and beautiful. They aged so gracefully, were not literally obsessed every minute of every day with their skin, hair, nails, lashes, brows, lips, breasts, elbows, knees, bodies, basically everything from their hair to their toes, and they seemed actually happy. I honestly wouldn't mind living in those days😔

Glad you mentioned the rapid weight loss medication factor. I am 55 and have lost 30 lbs in 4 months, but took the time morning and night from the start to apply alternating products with retinol, niacinamide, peptides, exfoliating acids, and body firming moisturizers. Not only have I not developed crepey skin, the stretch marks all over my legs, hips, and abdomen from my pregnancy 27 years ago have diminished by probably 50%! Would love it if you would develop a body retinol or maybe body tretinoin.

I now have crepey skin on my arms that were exposed to the sun. I had no idea that this medication thinned my skin so that's another thing to think about. Awesome video!! Mine showed in my mid 40’s, call them my old lady arms lol. Have a rare debilitating chronic disease that disabled me, so been bed bound for 17yrs. And have pretty severe atrophy, so once I lost close to 100lbs - all of a sudden crepey skin everywhere 😫
Super self conscious about it & been trying to find solutions ever since. Best advice I can give is, it’s never just one thing to prevent something & especially not to make noticeable improvements. Figured out unless I also build my muscle up, there’s only so much a cream can do. Heard micro needling is helpful too.
Dr Idris, would love to hear your thoughts & please do another video on crepey skin, but with affordable options. We all wanna look & feel our best 🤍

I have been using and enjoying your moisturizer (as well as flask mask which I adore). I typically use cream over gel moisturizers. Would you consider creating a richer moisturizer for the colder, dryer months? Thank you for all you do! ❤🎉

Your hair- try what I do I get compliments daily. Take almost air dried hair, gather into ponytail loosely twist it then put in high loose bun and sleep on it- omg salon hair in the morning- some people do the princess Lea two buns same way. Also for AGING hair( or well water!!) use distilled water to wash your hair!! Watch condition greatly improve the dryness and crunchy older hair!!

I love her with her curly hair. She looks so fresh and beautiful. I like that look on her. Straight hair is great sometimes but curls are sexy.

Thank you for another excellent, informative video. I've recently been noticing my neck skin get more and more crepey skin so this is so helpful. I decided to take the plunge and buy a couple of your amazing sounding products, especially the depuffer and was so sad to see you don't ship to the UK. Please, please, please could you start shipping to the UK or get your products in the UK Sephora? 🥰

Thank you, this was super helpful in addressing my biggest fear which, due to chronic illness has already set in. I would love if you could do a skincare video for perimenopausal skin, as I think that's having a major impact on my skin too. It's affecting how my products work and even to apply on my skin, and I've been usingbthe same skincare products for the last 20 odd years and ive managed to kerp my skin looking smooth and clear.. Now it's a whole different situation! Please help! Thank you! 😊❤
