premature greying hair is most likely a copper deficiency but you should get your levels tested to find out. Androgenic alopecia can't be cured but it can be treated with first and foremost some form of 5ar inhibitor, (if you tolerate it) or topical anti androgen such as ru58841 or pyrilutamide. Treating the androgen component is more important than including a growth agonist, such as minoxidil or mn. There's also another molecule going through phase 2 trials of clinical testing right now that outperforms every hair loss drug on the market called gt20029. It should be available to the general public by 2027 if it's well tolerated. You can also include micro needling in combination to create what is called the big 3 stack. A good book to learn about microneedling is, 'The Concise Guide to Dermal Needling' by Dr. Lance Setterfield. Most "well informed" people online just parrot the 1.5mm microneedling protocol once a week, but imo you're putting yourself at risk for scarring and fibrosis when you do that which is IRREVERSABLE, which is why you should be as well informed as possible and Lance Setterfield provides a more reserved perspective. The scalp skin thins due to androgenic alopecia so it becomes even more risky to microneedle at depths at 1.5mm which is why I HIGHLY recommend that book if you're going to create a protocol for yourself.
Idea for a video: not common side effects of oral isotretinoin. I´ve started taking it two months ago and a month later a side of my face got all numb and i had to go to the doctor next day and they gave me intravenous ibuprofen and it was alright. But then, a couple of weeks ago my eye started to get really blurry and when i saw it would not get better, i went back to the doctor and they kept me in the hospital for four days doing all sorts of both neurological and oftalmological tests. They could not see any problem in my health and they got to the conclusion that it was all because of the isotretinoin. So glad they found the reason but also so sad i'm back to having acne 😅 (i'll see my dermatologist in a couple weeks and we'll see what other things she can give me but still, i really wanted isotretinoin😭)

My legs, arms, back, chest, are covered in brown spots and freckles. The skin on our body is much tougher than the face, so I am curious what you recommend for the body.
Yes! Me too absolutely. I had very bad excema when I was younger and had to use topical steroids on my chest. As a result my neck and décolletage are prematurely crepey and thin. Anything that might help this would be amazing!
Have to add that these products are well above ( high end religiously used products) The results with Dr Idriss products are exciting and apparent from the first use , my daughter was so surprised after she gifted me with these products about 6 weeks later , she had not seen me up to this point ( the products had become available in Canada so I had purchased the triple set plus the face wash) Honestly if you are wondering if this is worth your while and investment , I can only say I wish I knew about this sooner . Thanks for all your candidness and information sharing, it has made such a difference in my skin over the past few years! Would you please consider doing a video specifically dedicated to anti aging and reversing sun damage of our decolletage? Fairly new to your channel, and I absolutely love it. I'm 59 and have been wearing sunscreen for 20 years. I'm going to invest in the products that you spoke of today, along with a subscription to your line. My question is, in what order do I apply these products? Thank you. 😊
Im using Timeless C serum, Natrium Arbutin, Naturium Tranexamic Acid, Timeless Q10, Tretinoin at night. We don’t have Hydroquinone in Australia. I use Sunscreen daily. I’m hoping my dark spots do fade. Tretinoin has brought dark spots to the surface.
It makes so much sense not to include sunscreen, retinoids and hydroQ in your products. Each individual person reacts differently to those, so it makes sense for a person to add those steps to their skin routine, instead of trying to find one product with everything in it. Thank you! 💜🩷💜
Dear Dr. Idriss, I would love it if you could explain which steps would be the right ones if you spend the day by the sea, then get ready for the evening and then regenerate your skin over night. What products would you use after sunbathing if you then want to apply make-up ? Thank you so much.
Could u do a sunscreen routine? It could honestly be as short as a tiktok- just something where u lay out timing and which sunscreen products u use when. I’m particularly interested in ur reapplication routine
I love her! Upon her recommendations I bought Alpha Arbutin and it has been helping me out by fading my dark spots. I also bought Minoxidil 5% for hair growth and Ketoconazole 2% shampoo based on her recommendations. My dandruff and scalp problems are almost gone. Thank you Dr. Shereene.
I'm 40 yrs old and have been investing in my skin for the last 2 years. I have MS and my medications dehydrate the hell out of my skin. I'm also peri meno. My goal is to have an even skin tone, is there anything specific that you would recommend?
I was about to place my order for all of your skincare products when I read in the FAQ section that you don’t ship internationally 😭😩 I live in Australia. Please ship here soon!! I’m so keen to try your skincare line.
Hey Dr Shereeene. I love your content. Very informative and helpful. Thank you for these videos I have learnt so much. I have a request for the nerds that can’t afford expensive products- could you do a full skin routine with products that are budget friendly but can get maximum benefits from? Also I live in the uk and sometimes can’t get certain products due to regulations etc. I would be so grateful 🙏 🙏
What about Resorcinol? Isobutylamido Thiazolyl Resorcinol? It's a new-ish ingredient supposed to be as good as hydroquinoine but safer, why are people not talking about it?
it is not new is it? i think it may have just become of public domain?? because that's what nivea and Eucerin had patented in the EU and certain countries. Not that good but works beautifully with licorice root extract or with vitamin c, is like it boosts those ingredents by 10x!
Could you please talk about what order to do all of these? Is there a danger doing too many active ingredients if we want to incorporate these products into our routine?
Live! I am 55 and have not laid out in the sun for 25 years. I have dark hair and eyes with extremely fair skin and freckles everywhere. I have no wrinkles as a result, but I would love to get rid of my freckles on my face and décolletage. What do you think?
Dr, what do you do when you have dark coloured skin all around your eyes? This is a sensitive area, and I want it to return to my normal colour. From the research I've done, people suggest this is melasma or hyperpigmentation. I'd love to know how to fix it.
INTERESTED in showing us HOW to apply all these ingredients. Which order? Do we let it dry before applying the next one? Do we pat or rub? And many more questions that seem dumb but really, we might be applying it wrong.😐

Oh I was wondering if we had that here, thanks for answering my question.
We do have hydroquinone. 4% available at most pharmacies and commonly under the brand name SuperFade. I’ve been using it.
@@rebeccacatherine799 has it helped? Thank you
@@rebeccacatherine799 aw thank you!
Ver a la Dr. S. Ya es un fijo todos los sábados ❤ aprendo demasiado y es porque hace que todo sea más fácil ❤ amamos ❤ gracias por tanto contenido
It makes so much sense not to include sunscreen, retinoids and hydroQ in your products. Each individual person reacts differently to those, so it makes sense for a person to add those steps to their skin routine, instead of trying to find one product with everything in it. Thank you! 💜🩷💜
LIVE ❤ Thanks so much for giving us options and explaining them. Love it!!
Good to hear you this week ❤ missed your tips last week 😢
Are you bringing your products to Europe??? ❤ love you and your content xx
I have been begging for Europe but still hopeful. Come on Dr 😁
Yes yes yes!!
Hi Dr. Idriss, would love to know your thoughts on skincare & supplements for peri-menopause and women late 40's. Thank you! xo

I’d see your videos on IG and TikTok but just found your on RUclips 💀🤯 just know I love for being so informative and helpful 🥰
the best educational channel for me. and I am in skin care business.
Dear Dr. Idriss, I would love it if you could explain which steps would be the right ones if you spend the day by the sea, then get ready for the evening and then regenerate your skin over night. What products would you use after sunbathing if you then want to apply make-up ? Thank you so much.
I’ve seen ads popping up about using Estriol in anti-aging skin care. How do you feel about this??
YES! I am 71 and very interested in this topic! 😊😊😊😊😊
Lots of good information. Would like to see product suggestions and where to find them? Thank you.
Live, yes, please!
Live live live!!!
Please in the morning so i can be there with our time zone difference 🙏🙏🙏 (Spain)
When will you ship to the UK🙏🏽
Could u do a sunscreen routine? It could honestly be as short as a tiktok- just something where u lay out timing and which sunscreen products u use when. I’m particularly interested in ur reapplication routine
What about red light therapy?
Shereene.
LIVEEE!! Literally smearing vit c & spf while listening 😂

LIVE, but NOT on Monday or Tuesday mornings is my vote. 🥰
I need that list 😊 thank you Dr S.💕
Thank you, this was beyond helpful 🙌🏾. How you explained each and the analogies!
LIVE!!!!
I believe you're the ONLY person that did what the DR asked. 🎉 "Just put LIVE" so I can see it in the comments.
Live !!!!
YES PLS DO A LIVE OR A YT VIDEO ALL ABOUT AGEING!!! ❤️
Name all the bad ingredients to avoid in skin care
Perfumme and alcohol are a start to avoid.Linalol can cause issues too
Please do a GRWM! I really want to see how you do your makeup!
Please create a video on alpha arbutin and all suggestions of products ❤❤❤
Thank you Dr.Idriss! I love your content. Greetings from Argentina
I am waiting for your whole line to be available in Europe ❤ you said it was soon 🤗🥰🥰🥰
Could you please talk about what order to do all of these? Is there a danger doing too many active ingredients if we want to incorporate these products into our routine?
Plz share the skin care regimen for psoriasis patients.
This video is very helpful with in-depth information. ❤
Love your videos. Very informative and helpful. Thank you a lot
INTERESTED in showing us HOW to apply all these ingredients. Which order? Do we let it dry before applying the next one? Do we pat or rub? And many more questions that seem dumb but really, we might be applying it wrong.😐
Hi… do you have suggestions or products recommendations for dark circles under eyes?
Please add treatments for dark spots on shoulders and hands as well 🙏🙏
Thank you so much for all your good content. My 17 year old son has just started shaving. Can you do a video with tips and guidelines and how to prevent ingrown hairs and skin issues. Thanks heaps . Watching from Perth Australia
