- An easy pasta dish using everyday ingredients. A quick lunch/ dinner that everyone will love. If you don't have a grill, pop it into the oven for 20 mins at gas mark 7.

Gees. Good nutrition? Nope. Not even close. Tuna casseroles taste fantastic but are not so great if you’re aiming for good nutrition.

Low temperature to make the butter/flour roux then low to medium when adding the milk. :)
Just one Dutch oven and you’re done with dishes.
