    Black band is still really heavy. I would buy a red band or yellow band and forget the straddle and just work the adv tuck if i was you. Keep it up!

    Thinner band 15 second advance tuck. Handstand push-ups and pseudo planche push-ups instead of dips. Add leans at the end you’ll see results in 3 weeks

      Leans and psuedo pu are useless when you reach this point (unless u can already hold a 10+ hold on adv tuck, just do hspu weighted or not, dips, and straight arm dumbbell flies

    Do basic: pseudo pushup - elevator pike pushup - lean planche

    Truly inspirational. Keep up the great work and enjoy the journey to Planche! I always wanted to learn exercises like these, but not sure which resistance bands to use for assistance. Is there a particular brand or will any resistance band suffice?

      Use the resistance that allow you to hold set of 8-12sec

      i did weighted dips, and holds with resistance bands

    First don't go to straddle or plance start with mastering tuck ❤ iam like you a beginner 😂
