Thinner band 15 second advance tuck. Handstand push-ups and pseudo planche push-ups instead of dips. Add leans at the end you’ll see results in 3 weeks
Leans and psuedo pu are useless when you reach this point (unless u can already hold a 10+ hold on adv tuck, just do hspu weighted or not, dips, and straight arm dumbbell flies

Black band is still really heavy. I would buy a red band or yellow band and forget the straddle and just work the adv tuck if i was you. Keep it up!
