hey andry im doing Those excersises to learn planche 1. Planche lean holds for 10 second 2. one leg advanced tuck planche for 5 seconds each 3. using resistence bands on bar and doing planche lean but jumping and holding 10 times 4. tuck planche holds and than Extending my legs into adv tuck planche will these excersises help?
I usualy start my workout with Tuck planche Hold (after the warmup), should i do the first exercises shown in this video befor or after the tuck planche Hold? Great video! Im excited to try the exercises in my workout.

Hi Andrew! Is overhead press good for get strength in shoulders for planche?
I think straight arm strenght and bent arm strenght are two different elements
Psudo push up good for planche. Overhead press better for HS
