      Hi and thanks for the question, as far as i know they do not re-grow but some people will harvest the lower leaves and let the younger leaves grow out, once you cut it at the base it will not grow back. Aloha Dean🙏

      @@HYDROPONICS-INDOORS what about the ordinary household led lights? here in my town, grow lights with specific spectrum are very rare 😁

      @@PUTRI.BORNEOHI, I personally never used home LEDS, but I know on you tube some home growers use them with great success.
      I suggest doing some research online/youtube to gain info on home leds. I hope this help you out. Aloha Dean

    Could you please clarify the recommended approach for achieving higher quality lettuce in hydroponics, particularly regarding the division of the growth cycle and the management of PPM or EC concentration at each stage? Thank you.

      @HYDROPONICS-INDOORS  2 месяца назад +1

      HI, and thanks for the question,
      I do not own a PPM or EC meter, I know this sounds crazy, but the plants tell me what they Need? so I use Master blend @ 1/3 strength no matter what I'm growing in the system.
      (if the plants look a light green, then yes they need more nutrients @1/3 strength, water + nutrients and PH,ed to target ph. then add to reservoir.)
      (if the plants look a dark green then I Just and plain water PH,ed to target ph. then add to reservoir.)
      So the only meter I own is a PH meter.
      I think a lot of people make it more complicated then it needs to be. (Its pretty simple good water, a good nutrient and good lighting or sun light = growth Hope this helps. Dean

      @@HYDROPONICS-INDOORS Could you explain the potential causes for the elongation of the trunk and the poor development of the leaves in my hydroponic lettuces? Additionally, what hypotheses might account for the unusual morphology of my hydroponically grown lettuces? Thank you.

    • @HYDROPONICS-INDOORS
      @HYDROPONICS-INDOORS  2 месяца назад +1

      Hi, as far as the elongation it could be heat, make sure your reservoir temperature remains between 65 Fahrenheit to 75 Fahrenheit for water temperature in your reservoir. Also check the temperature of the top of the plant usually lettuce like it below 80°F as far as the seeds you wanna buy seeds, lettuce, seeds that are heat tolerant. I purchase my seeds from Jonny seeds and they do have summer varieties that do great in higher heat. They do awesome in a in a hotter environment. So basically, the cooler the better hope this helps. Thanks, Dean.

      Hi Sir, thanks for the question. It looks like allot but once you cook or pickle it then bottle it. Its actually not that much, and always giving some away to family and friends. never did we freeze it, always ate fresh, KIM CHEE is the best. Aloha Dean
